Shawn began his real estate career as an investor in 1998, was licensed as an agent in 2001, and founded Central Mass Real Estate in 2008, during the Great Recession. With a highly-principled client-centered approach and relentless training of his Agents, Central Mass Real Estate grew steadily while establishing a strong reputation for effective sales and earning many awards and accolades. In 2018, Shawn built a home and family farm on Maui and began to narrow his focus to coaching, consulting, and sales training while dividing his time between Hawaii and Massachusetts. In 2022, Shawn transferred ownership of Central Mass Real Estate, where he continues to provide services as a coach and consultant.
