Havilah grew up in construction. Her father was a home builder that owned and operated a concrete business. In addition to building homes for others, the family built and operated a gas station and a handful of rental properties. Property management was something Havilah learned at an early age by watching and participating in the family business. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Utah and purchased her first home in 2009. She has acted as property manager for both a single family residence and a multi-family rental since 2020. She’s a great addition to our showings and support team!
